The founder
Technology should make complex work clearer.
Virtus Nemeton was founded by Jack Tebay to turn real operational understanding into useful applied AI, automation and information systems.
Where it starts
Grounded in the work, aimed beyond one industry.
Jack's experience spans operational delivery, field engineering, industrial software and implementation. It taught him that the best systems are not the ones with the most features—they are the ones that help people understand what matters and move the next piece of work forward.
That perspective began in asset-heavy environments, but the problem is much broader: important knowledge sits across people, messages, tools and processes, while teams are asked to make decisions at pace.
The opportunity
AI becomes valuable when it has a real operating context.
Useful intelligence is not a chatbot beside the work. It is a system that knows enough to help the right person make the next decision with confidence.
Virtus Nemeton builds that operating context: better information flows, purposeful automation and AI assistance that remains legible, governed and useful to the people responsible for the outcome.
The standard
Practical by design. Ambitious by intent.
- Start with the work and the decision that needs to improve—not the technology that happens to be available.
- Make information understandable where it is needed, not merely collect more of it.
- Use automation to move routine work forward and leave accountability with people.
- Build AI that can show its source, its limits and the point at which human judgement takes over.
- Design systems that become more useful as an organisation learns, rather than harder to change.
Work with us
Start with the point where work gets harder than it needs to be.
If a process, information flow or emerging AI opportunity needs a clearer operating model, let's have a practical conversation.
